Food 4 Africa is a project run by Avril Minott Memorial Association(AMM)  in association with 1000 Angels.

The producer/writer/creator of 1000 Angels is Allan Oberholzer who left South Africa 25 years ago to pursue a career in the film industry. On his return to South Africa he was horrified to see the conditions that the rural children have to contend with, and decided to get involved and make a difference in their lives

A mutual friend introduced Allan to Gordon, who is the founder and managing director of the AMM Foundation, a charitable organisation named after his wife, and the mechanism for Food 4 Africa started rolling.

Our mission is to work with other organisations to supply children with at least one vitamin and mineral enriched meal every day.
